Southern Automation Services ("SAS," "we," "us") is a Little Rock, Arkansas business that builds websites, online booking, and business automation for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Information we collect
- Information you give us through forms — when you book a consultation, contact us, suggest an industry, or join a waitlist, we collect what you type: typically your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), industry, and anything you tell us about your goals or your request.
- Booking details — when you schedule a consultation through the booking widget on this site, the time you pick and the contact details you enter are processed by Cal.com, our scheduling provider, and shared with us so we can hold the appointment.
- Basic technical information — our forms record the page a submission came from and the time it was submitted. This website does not use advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare for and hold your consultation, and provide services you've asked for.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders for consultations you've booked.
- To contact you about a waitlist you joined, if you signed up for one.
- To run our business internally (for example, keeping a record of inquiries).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
SMS / text messaging
Some of our forms include an optional checkbox asking whether it's okay to text you about your request. If you check it:
- Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
- Message frequency varies based on your request; message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing us.
- Your phone number and your SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third party except as needed to deliver the messages themselves (for example, our messaging provider).
Where your information lives
Form submissions are delivered to us through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets within our business Google account. Consultation bookings are processed by Cal.com. Email you send us lives in our business email. Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices; we choose them carefully and limit access to the two founders.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and run the business. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
- Email us at southernautomationservices@gmail.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
- Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts.
- Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
